Booking a service is quick and easy, select your vehicle(s), choose the service you need, and pick a time that works for you. Add any notes for your mechanic, set your budget, and submit. Verified service providers near you will then place their bids and you can pick the one that best suits your needs.

You can schedule services for individual vehicles or your entire fleet from one place. Whipcare will send automatic reminders when a vehicle is due for service, so nothing slips through the cracks, even across a large fleet.

Your fleet dashboard gives you a full breakdown of repair and maintenance costs per vehicle. You can view spending history, compare costs across vehicles, and export reports, making it easy to manage budgets and spot vehicles that need more attention.

Absolutely. All your fleet data is encrypted and stored securely. Only authorised members of your team can access your fleet information, and you can manage permissions directly from your account settings.
